Public HTTP directory?

You can add publicly accessible, without password files to your folder: www/public

PHP is also enabled, so you can even add scripted content.

This folder is accessible at: /public-USERNAME/  instead of the /user-USERNAME/

For example, if your server name is example and username is john, to access public directory use:
http://example.pulsedmedia.com/public-john/
