What do I do if my seedbox is down and I can't access it?

If your seedbox is down and you are unable to access it, the first thing you should do is check for any known server issues or maintenance updates that may be causing the problem. You can also use network diagnostics tools to determine whether the issue is on your end or the server side, including network troubleshooting with MTR.
