You should have contacted us when you noticed the low speeds and did not recover within several days. We do not provide refunds for speed issues, speed is impossible to guarantee, there is way too many things affecting speeds, and a bad torrent will NEVER be fast.
Sometimes there is a real reason to speed issues we can actually do something about, and that's why you need to contact us when issue starts persisting, not a long time after the fact. Running network diagnostics when you first notice the problem helps us identify the cause quickly.
