Common questions
- An app won’t start, or its page is blank after install — the guides above cover first-run setup and the correct access URL for each app. If it still won’t load after following the guide, open a ticket and tell us which app and what you see.
- The app doesn’t see my media — point the app at the folder where your downloads land (the guides show the expected paths).
- I want to restart an app without losing my settings — restarting a media app does not delete its library or configuration; your data stays in place.
