  • An app wont start, or its page is blank after install the guides above cover first-run setup and the correct access URL for each app. If it still wont load after following the guide, open a ticket and tell us which app and what you see.
  • The app doesnt see my media point the app at the folder where your downloads land (the guides show the expected paths).
  • I want to restart an app without losing my settings restarting a media app does not delete its library or configuration; your data stays in place.
