Definitely not!
Short answer: Affects all users, borked 3rd party DNS is not our issue.
Longer answer:
Putting new entries to hosts file affects every user, and we have absolute no means whatsoever to verify these are correct. On top of that DNS resolution should work correctly to begin with, if 3rd party DNS (trackers) have their DNS borked so bad that they have to force users to make hosts entries, it is their problem not ours. They should consider another line of hobbies if they cannot maintain basic DNS correctly.
If you still insist you have to get a borked tracker to work: You will need a dedicated server, where you have "free reign" and can do what you want. However, we do not by default manage it for you. You have to be capable of taking care of a server yourself, including security. If you would rather have it managed, a managed DediSeedbox works like our regular rTorrent / ruTorrent seedboxes, and customizations such as a hosts file entry can be requested as administrative tickets.
