Migrating from another provider to Pulsed Media

Switching to Pulsed Media? We make it easy. Pick the option that works best for you;

Option 1: We handle everything for you

  1. Open a support ticket with details of old service to migrate over, what things to configure/configs to adapt
  2. We handle data transfer and software config for you, and after done you review it
  3. Done! (or rinse and repeat fine tuning through tickets)

Option 2: We help you through it

Open a support ticket with your needs, and we'll help you through it.

Option 3: The Do It Yourself (DIY)

Use FTP(s)/FXP, SFTP, SCP, Rsync, rclone, or your other favorite and transfer data directly to the seedbox.
This is the typical path for the most private individuals, but also the most effort.

Things to know

Large transfers (50+TB) may take really long time, reserve time for this.

Torrent client sessions probably cannot be migrated. Same goes with many service settings, have to be adapted.

Old service needs to be still running and have sufficient time remaining for all teh transfers to complete etc.

Process is the same for storage boxes and seedboxes.
