How do I troubleshoot issues with accessing the qBittorrent tab on my seedbox?

If you cannot sign in to the qBittorrent Web UI, these are the most common causes and fixes.

Credentials. Your Web UI username is your seedbox account username — the same one you use for the control panel and SSH. The Web UI sign-in is set at signup to match your seedbox account sign-in from your welcome email. The legacy qBittorrent factory default mentioned in some older guides no longer applies on current Pulsed Media seedboxes — try the sign-in from your welcome email first.

If you changed the Web UI sign-in from inside qBittorrent (Tools → Options → Web UI) and can't remember what you set, open a support ticket from the client area. We can reset it directly on the server — no downtime.

If the tab shows an error or fails to load, the qBittorrent process may not be running. Start it from the control panel, wait a few seconds, then reload the tab. If you have SSH access, you can also check with ps aux | grep qbittorrent-nox.

If it still fails, check recent announcements on our status page or contact support. Include the exact error message you see and roughly when it started — that lets us trace the cause quickly.
