To move a service to another client, just open a ticket with billing. State you want to move your service to client id # with e-mail address. For example, for a M10G M on server named SampleServer55.pulsedmedia.com to user with ID # 775829 and e-mail john.doe.notreal@gmail.com make a ticket stating:
"I want to move my service M10G M on SampleServer55 to #775829 john.doe.notreal@gmail.com"
