Traffic limit is a set amount of data (usually in GiB) you can transmit over the past 30 days (month).
If you exceed this limit your outbound bandwidth will be limited to 100Mbps for external networks. For internal network you will retain full speed.
This affects all protocols, including but not limited to http/https, torrents, streaming etc.
Only upload is counted towards this, and includes all access methods & torrents seeding, every program running under your user account on the server.
This is rolling past 30days, not set day full reset. See: Traffic Limits: Why, and what is rolling 30 days limit?
Your torrent downloads will remain unaffected, you will still have full speed torrent downloading.
Further, data center internal traffic, ie. seedbox to seedbox is not limited, so you can still seed torrents at full speed to another seedbox from us.
You can monitor your current bandwidth and traffic usage from your seedbox control panel. For background on how traffic data is collected, see the traffic data collection blog post.
