Pikkumies remembers what it learns in your account, searches before it answers, and names where an answer came from. This is how that works and how to use it.
Tell it to remember something
Say it plainly: "Remember that my media lives in ~/media/tv." It saves that, and later questions start from it. It also saves a lesson on its own when it works something out that it could not find, so the next time the answer is already there.
It searches first
Before it answers from memory or changes anything, Pikkumies searches, in this order:
- its own lessons in your account;
- the documentation for this server: the Pulsed Media wiki, the knowledge base and app manuals, downloaded to your account;
- other providers' documentation, which may not apply here;
- the web, last.
What it sees on your account right now outranks all of these, and for policies, prices and terms the official Pulsed Media pages decide.
It names its sources
Answers point to the page or lesson they came from, so you can check them. When an answer is wrong, tell it in the same conversation; it reads the source again and corrects itself.
What it never stores
Passwords, keys, tokens and other people's data do not go into its memory.
See what it has learned
pikkumies doctor has a memory line with how many lessons are saved. To see what it knows about a topic, ask it to search its lessons for that topic, for example Sonarr.
