Each service invoice you pay adds credits to your balance. The amount follows what you pay:
credits = euros paid × plan multiplier ÷ 100 × (1 + account bonus % ÷ 150) × 1,000,000
- Plan multiplier. Multiplier 1 means 1% of what you pay, and one euro of allowance is 1,000,000 credits. Some plans have a higher multiplier than others.
- Account bonus. From 0 to 300%, based on your time as a customer and what you have paid. At 300% you get three times the base amount. It counts only account-level terms, so it can be lower than the bonus your service page shows.
- What counts. Renewals and new orders, add-ons and upgrades, without VAT. A yearly payment adds the whole year's credits at once.
- One balance. Credits from all your services go to one balance for your account.
The multiplier of every plan, a worked example and a table of what each plan earns per month are on the wiki: Credits per plan. These are the current rules and they can change. The credit history on your Virsilipas AI key page lists exactly what was added.
