You can get your seedbox or storage-box login details right now from your service page in the Pulsed Media client area, with no waiting on email. Your service login (the username and password for the web panel, SSH, and SFTP) is separate from your billing login. Here is where everything lives.
On your service page (quickest)
Log in to the Pulsed Media client area, open Services then My Services, and click your service. The page shows your username and a password field with a "show" link to reveal it, alongside a direct login link to your control panel. These are always there, so you never have to wait on an email to get in.
In your email
The same details were emailed to you when your service was set up, under the subject "Access details for Your new Seedbox". You can re-read everything we have ever sent you from the client area under "View all emails sent to you".
If no setup email arrived
The usual reason is that Product/Service Messages are switched off in your email preferences, which quietly stops that message from going out. Turn them back on under Edit Account Details → Email Preferences, then reply to a support ticket and we will resend it. Your details are on the service page either way, so you are not locked out while you sort this.
Prefer to log in with an SSH key?
Send us your SSH public key and we will add it to your service. You then log in by key over SSH and SFTP, with no password needed at all.
If you change your own password
If you change the password directly on the server, that new password is the one that works from then on; the service page shows the password we have on record. If anything does not line up, reply to a support ticket and we will get you back in.
