Referral commission is paid automatically as account credit, but it passes a few checks before it reaches you. If you expected credit and have not seen it yet, one of these is almost always the reason. Your Client Area Affiliates page shows your referrals and commission, so start there.
1. The 14-day hold has not passed yet
Commission from each payment waits 14 days, the length of our money-back guarantee, before it can be paid. A referral who paid yesterday shows up as pending, not as payable. If they get a refund within those 14 days, the commission for that payment is cancelled.
2. Your own payments have not reached 10 yet
Commission is paid out once your own lifetime payments to Pulsed Media reach 10 in total. Refunds count against that total and transaction fees do not count toward it. Until you pass 10, your commission keeps building up and is paid on a daily run after you cross the line.
3. It is in the payout queue
Payouts run every day at 09:00 UTC. They come from a shared weekly budget, and eligible affiliates are paid in fair random order, so cleared commission can take a few days to arrive. Each affiliate can also receive up to 100 per week; anything above that carries over to the next week.
4. The order was not linked to you
A referral only counts for the services ordered while your link's cookie is in the buyer's browser. It does not count if they:
- opened your link on one device and ordered on another, or cleared their cookies in between;
- opened another affiliate's link after yours, since the most recent link wins;
- ordered more than 90 days after opening your link;
- ordered a service later, without your cookie in their browser.

How you will know it arrived
Each payout is added to your account credit and you get an email with the amount. The credit is applied to your next renewal automatically. Affiliate Program - 10% Account Credit, Paid Out Daily covers the full rules.
If none of these explains it, open a ticket and tell us which order you expected credit for.
