Cancelling your Pulsed Media service does not cancel PayPal's automatic payment. These are separate systems — PayPal keeps collecting until you stop it.
To stop future charges:
- Log in to PayPal.com
- Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments
- Find "Pulsed Media" → Cancel
No PayPal account? If you paid with a credit/debit card through PayPal's checkout (guest checkout), you won't have a PayPal account to log into. Open a support ticket and we'll cancel it on our end.
Money already charged after cancellation? Those payments are credited to your Pulsed Media account balance. See our refunds policy for details.
