Why "limited" really is limited — and why that's good news for you, not bad.
Every so often we open something special: a limited run of a plan at a standout price, released at a public moment — often when one of our campaign milestones is reached. These are genuinely limited: a set number of spots, open to everyone at the same moment, and once they're gone, they're gone.
We know that can be a little frustrating if you just missed one. So here's exactly how it works, in plain terms, with nothing hidden.
What a limited drop is
A drop is a reward, not a regular product. It appears when a public goal is hit, it comes in a fixed quantity, and it usually goes fast. It isn't restocked afterward, because the whole point is that it marked a moment — a milestone reached, once.
The regular version of the product is available at its normal price. A drop is simply a limited, better-priced way in that opens briefly and then closes.
Why limited means limited
The value of a limited drop is its limit. If we quietly reopened it, held spots back, or handed out the same deal on request, it would no longer be limited — and it would no longer be fair to the people who watched for it and caught it in time.
So the same rule applies to everyone, every time:
- We don't hand-reserve or hold a spot for one person.
- We don't reopen a drop that has sold out, or add a spot "just this once."
- We don't offer the drop price privately, one to one. Every promotion we run is public and open to everyone equally — there are no "just for you" deals.
This isn't us being unhelpful. It's the opposite: it's us keeping the promise we made to everyone that a limited thing stays limited. A deal that bends for whoever asks loudest isn't a fair deal.
What you can do instead
Two good, honest paths, and both are open to you right now:
- Catch the next one. If and when a new drop opens, our campaign page is where it's announced — watch it and you'll have the same chance as everyone else, no inside track needed. (We can't promise when the next one lands, or that there'll be another — that's part of what makes them special.)
- Order the standard version. The regular version is available at its normal price — same quality behind it, no waiting on a drop. If you need it working today, that's the sure path. (Popular plans can sell out too, so it's worth grabbing while it's in stock.)
If you're ever unsure which plan fits what you're doing, just ask. Helping you land on the right one is exactly what we're here for.
