We are working hard to get services up again any way we can. No flexibility on the issue, PDS extra renewals, migrations

Response has been gained, no flexibility can be done on the issue other than "pay later and continue for 2 months". In other words - no flexibility unless servers will be continued for at least 2 months. It seems like we have no option to renew under these terms for just 1 month, but will find that out. Update on downtime

Signs of flexibility, but not the kind we need, they decided that no payment now, but 2 months month later, ie to force all servers to be kept for 2 months, did we need them or not. Downtime continue

Upstream provider is so far unwilling to work with us - in the meantime we have begun migration process to move out of those servers.
