Yes — we transfer services between clients. Here is exactly how.
Step 1 — You (the sender) open a Billing ticket with these four lines:
- Service ID: S<NNNNN> (from your client area → Services)
- Server: the seedbox hostname (e.g.
le4-0-103-192foxtrail.pulsedmedia.com) - Target Client ID: #<NNNNN> (the recipient's PM client number — ask them; it's the # at the top of their client area when logged in)
- Target Email: the recipient's PM account email
Plus one sentence: "I understand ownership becomes irrevocable."
Step 2 — The recipient logs in to their own client area
The recipient must log in at https://pulsedmedia.com/clients/ and open a Billing ticket from that session, stating: "I accept transfer of S<NNNNN> from CID #<your-CID>."
If the recipient does not already have a PM account, they create one first at https://pulsedmedia.com/clients/register.php, then complete Step 2.
Step 3 — Ownership transfers
Same username, same server, same product, same expiry date — only the owner changes. Any prepaid time stays with the service.
A note on credentials: the sender's client area login stays with the sender. The seedbox's own credentials (SSH, FTP, web UI password) stay attached to the service and pass to the recipient with it. The sender can rotate any of them before the handover if they wish.
Why this is the form
We don't process transfers from email alone — that exposes whether the email belongs to a PM account just by asking. Both fields (Client ID and email) are required so we can verify the pair without revealing existence either way.
