Every service in your account has a numeric Service ID. It is not printed as a label anywhere in the client area; instead it lives in the URL once you open a service.
Log in and open Services → My Services, then click the service you want. Look at the address bar: the URL follows this pattern:
https://pulsedmedia.com/clients/clientarea.php?action=productdetails&id=XXXXX
The number after id= is your Service ID.
You'll need this ID when contacting support about a specific service, for example when accepting an account transfer or when you have more than one active product and want to point us at the right one.
