Every service in your account has a numeric Service ID. Here is where to find it.
On the service page (seedboxes and storage boxes). Log in, open Services → My Services and click the service. The first row of the details table is Service ID, shown like #12345. That number is your Service ID.
In the address bar (any service). On that same page the URL follows this pattern:
https://pulsedmedia.com/clients/clientarea.php?action=productdetails&id=XXXXX
The number after id= is your Service ID.
You'll need this ID when contacting support about a specific service, for example when accepting an account transfer or when you have more than one active product and want to point us at the right one.
