No. Pulsed Media does not currently provide reverse DNS (PTR) records for dedicated servers or virtual servers. We cannot point your server's IP address at a hostname you choose, and there is no request process for it.
Forward DNS is unaffected. You can point any domain or hostname you control at your server's IP address, and that resolves normally. Only the reverse direction, from IP back to hostname, is unavailable.
What this means in practice
For most uses this changes nothing. Websites, applications, game servers, VPN endpoints and file services do not need a matching PTR record.
Outbound mail is the exception, and the usual reason customers ask. Many mail receivers check that an IP's PTR record resolves back to the same IP, a check known as forward-confirmed reverse DNS. Without a matching PTR, some receivers will reject or defer mail from that address regardless of how your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are set up. If you plan to send mail directly from your server, take this into account before you order. Sending through a mail relay avoids the problem, since delivery then happens from the relay's addresses rather than your own.
