Our DNS cluster is for unknown reason lagging behind, this has been escalated to the admins who handle the DNS cluster to find out why zone transfers are not going through anymore.
We hope this will be resolved within the next 24hrs. In the meantime, new accounts/zones will get the occasional DNS error.
Full recovery has been achieved in practice now. Only 2 servers remain to be restored, and both are more or less half way there. These both servers were problem cases. Unexpected negative effects During restoration many of the systems get updated for newer kernel, or basicly whole OS gets updated to newer than what we have tested.
