The Finnish goverment has decided to increase VAT by 1% on start of the year. Payments made before 1.1.2013 will still go with old VAT rate, but VAT will increase at the change of the year. There was some downtime on pulsedmedia.com today, and the dns servers. Also a bunch of customer servers were down for few hours.
