Due to the web server move some outgoing e-mails did not leave.
Thus if you have a support ticket and expecting a reply you might want to check via portal if a reply was made in the past 30-45minutes.
Web server upgrade will be performed within the next hour.We will enter the billing system into maintenance mode.
