Those who have ordered 2010 prior or at 13rd of March 2010 may change their plan to 2009+ free of charge. First term will be the same price, and service will be delivered a lot faster. 2009+ is placed on OVH, which is a known and solid provider. We got couple new servers today, and deliveries upon them will start during this weekend after testing is finished. Deliveries are still slow, but atleast they are trickling.

The routers has been switched, and servers are getting A LOT more transfer now, we are seeing quite decent rates now.
Cogent to Orange peering issue however still exists. Also switching routers introduced new problems: The servers can't communicate with each other and thus local peering is not working.
We are starting deliveries again.
