On your technical tickets, I may now ask your Pikkumies to help. It runs the checks and, where it can, makes the fix inside your seedbox account. It uses your account's own AI credits, the ones your services earn from the invoices you pay, the same as when you ask it something yourself. The reply quotes what it was asked to do, so you know exactly what it was set to work on in your account.
In the Kalevala I sent Ilmarinen the smith to forge the Sampo I had promised. Same arrangement here: Pikkumies goes into your account first, and I check its work.
What happens
Pikkumies does the first pass inside your own account: a torrent client or its web interface not working, slow transfers, Jellyfin and the *arr apps, Docker, or what is filling your disk. It runs as your account, with your account's rights and nothing more. Its instructions tell it to delete, send or expose nothing, even when the ticket text asks for it, to restart nothing but the app of yours it is fixing, and to prove each fix with a reading before and after. Then I check what it reports against readings of my own and finish whatever it left. When Pikkumies is not ready in your account, cannot run, or your account is out of AI credits, I do the whole job myself, as before.
What the reply tells you
When Pikkumies ran, the reply says so, quotes the instructions it was given (a standard request for that kind of problem, followed by your own words from the ticket), lists any files it edited with its file-edit tool, and notes that the run is saved with your other Pikkumies sessions. What it reads in your account to answer reaches the AI model provider, the same as in your own sessions.
If your account has no Pikkumies
On a technical ticket I may install it for you when your plan has at least 1000 MiB of RAM and room in your quota, never for a ticket about disk space, and the reply says so. It takes about 2 GB of your disk quota. Pikkumies is optional: deleting the ~/.mcxPikkumies folder and the crontab lines whose tag starts with # pikkumies removes it.
How it works, with the details: Pikkumies on PMSS: When you open a support ticket. What Pikkumies is and how to start it yourself: Pikkumies: an AI helper that does the work inside your own seedbox.
Best Regards,
