Warning of suspension/termination notice e-mails
It's been well known that WHMCS fails every now and then to extend the service due date on service payment, this causes eventually a needless, unnecessary "service suspended" e-mail.
However, none of the services will actually be suspended until we look through the records, and if there's mistakes we will fix them manually.
As of late, this has been way more frequent than before, upto a point where we have to fix 5+ accounts PER DAY. We have been trying to find a resolution to this, and a sum of other WHMCS bugs, but most of our bug reports will simply be deleted by WHMCS staff.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience and hassle caused by this, and we are working to find the correct solutions for this.
