2009+ Starter plan orders fixed
By an accident we "ran out of stock" within billing system for 2009+ Starter. This disallowed new orders for 2009+ Starter despite we have plenty of room in those servers. This has been now fixed and set to represent real available count.
We hope to remove stock control for 2009+ Starter all together in nearby months, when the demand is deemed to be significant enough to allow constant excess capacity by significant margin.
