We've been getting frequent tickets since change of the year about lower than usual speeds in selection of our servers.
These has been all at a specific 3rd party datacenter.
If you are experiencing slower than usual speeds, please open a ticket with following information:
What speeds are slow? FTP, Torrent, SFTP?
Multi- or Singlethreaded?
Since when has this happened?
What kind of speeds are you experiencing and do these vary over the day?
More information is the better, simple "i have slow speeds" doesn't tell us anything at all.
We will jump right into that and more we got information the easier for us is to check the reason and potentially fix it.
