It has come to our attention that in some cases Microsoft services are dropping our e-mails completely and silently.
They do not go to spam or junk, and there is no bounce message giving an error either.

This does not seem to affect globally all Microsoft email service users, but some of them of as well.

In case you are not receiving e-mail from us, could you please let us know and if at all possible change your e-mail address used with us.
