We are having a issue with one of the providers we have been utlizing, and we've been trying to reach them for hours to no avail. They usually reply within couple of hours, including holiday weekends.
In the past 4-6months there's been many outages with them, but it's always been a single server at a time, today, they shutdown all servers without ANY warning, and we are trying to reach someone from them to get nodes online, should be by latest tomorrow morning.
We are already working to provide replacements if this issue cannot be solved amicably with this german provider.
