It has again come to our attention that people have a really hard time following fair share rules, multiple servers were again spotted were single user is using 90%+ of bandwidth, not just for the day, but for weeks.
Several users are now going to get a ticket about the issue - if people don't start paying attention we need to take harsher action than just notifying and at maximum limiting upload slots.
Everyone on a shared service has equal right to the bandwidth available for the server - and it's simply not right for a single user to be using 90%+ constantly and not letting others get any bandwidth.
Super100 series is already being planned on having traffic limits in near future when the series starts migrating to Espoo to our own servers when the series gets upgraded for 1Gbps downstream speeds.
