Espoo bandwidth usage has reached new heights by changing to Intel CPU, despite connections still aren't as fast as they should be. New records are being broken daily.
We are waiting for a module for the new switch, no exact ETA, but looks like max 2 weeks for it to arrive. In the meantime we will continue prepping more hardware to get online.
Currently there is couple cages racked and ready to be deployed, two storage nodes completely empty and waiting. Next week we should receive a new 20bay chassis for which we will use Adaptec raid cards with BBU + SSD Cache, and likely do a RAID6 on 20 drives plus 5 or 6 SSD drives on RAID6 and tier the storage utilizing btier. It's a little bit of an experiment but one we are hoping to be very wortwhile our efforts, on that node production will be started up slowly to see how it goes.
We also have on order a significant number of new nodes.
