We are working hard to get services up again any way we can. We are waiting a response from many of dedi customers who's renew date is nearby of their wanted action etc.

Some servers will altogether be replaced with new ones as that is the best way to do things right now. We are sorry for all the inconvenience, rest assured, we are working constantly to solve the situation.

This situation is solely caused by the French upstream provider giving us no notice what-so-ever of the changes in terms, and giving us no flexibility on solving this. Infact, last time we called them they were quite angry, it felt like the customer care rep wanted to attack through the phone.

All these issues is why we are working towards getting to our own hardware - so that quality and reliability is on our own hands - not someone else's, especially someone as far away as France.
