Signs of flexibility, but not the kind we need, they decided that no payment now, but 2 months month later, ie to force all servers to be kept for 2 months, did we need them or not. We explained to them that this is not going to work due to how our business operates, simply because we have no idea if our customers will renew for that long, no idea what servers are needed in two months time.
