If you have older generation PDS, or other dedicated server you may upgrade to it, the process is as follows:
- order and pay the new server
- Once server is setup we will adjust your service due date accordingly
- You may now migrate over to the new one, or we can attempt a mirror copy
- Once migrated, you may opt for prorata refund or days transferred from the old server to the new one, cut off weekly wed-friday. Open a ticket at this point couple days early.
The cutoff is based on our payment cycle, we usually pay the servers weekly, and we will provide prorata according to that date.
