Colocation room provider informed us that the old tenant needs at least couple weeks more time to move out, more likely a month.
This will delay the launch until July.
This gave us a sigh of relief as the schedule was so extremely tight previously that not all hardware would have arrived in time. The 10G switches are expected to arrive first or second week of June for example, and remainder of the storage server drives and components are not expected before mid june.
