2010 conversion to 2009+ is speeding up

It has been sluggish start, but is speeding up nicely now! We have 5 servers scheduled for next week, and 3-8 for the next week. However as we are waiting for the refunds from 2010 provider, we have to go for other means of funding the initial acquirements than Pulsed Media's revenue. OVH has setup fees etc. and the initial cost for rolling out 2009+ instead of 2010 is WAY more expensive, infact more than the initial revenue from 2010 series was.

Some of the servers we received infact are unstable. These has been escalated to OVH to be taken care of. Those affected will get some days credit due to the fact the server is most of the time down. Only 1 server has been affected by this.

Full delivery, complete catch up on the backlog is expected to be reached by end of April. I know, i know what you are thinking. But do not worry, we are going by order dates etc. so if you've been waiting long, it means you are getting faster.

Simply cannot wait? You can swap for 2009 plan temporarily, there is some slices available for you to choose from. Still not fast enough? Open a ticket requesting refund and get back to us when the time is right for you. All refund requests will be honored, but please allow some time for it. Opening dispute on paypal will only slower our movement into catching the full backlog.

2010 provider promised atleast partial refund

I will receive official word on this, but it seems likely they are refusing to refund 100% at least initially, and if not 100% refund is not reached we may have to take legal actions. Let's hope it doesn't go that route and 100% refunds are gotten.

Their policy for refunds is within 30days (as almost any European business has), we will see when the refunds actually happen. This means refund has to arrive before end of April, so we can say with high certainty the complete backlog is met by then. No matter is it full or only the few servers still undelivered at first.

In ending

We've been really busy behind the scenes, and share your pain, maybe even more so. We might literally have 50 tickets a day to be handled over here, and that is after our normal day jobs. Yes, we still goto our day jobs. So it might get a bit hectic at times, and you might feel like you have to wait forever for an response to the ticket, but rest assured it's all but forgotten. We are working as fast as possible with what we got, and doing the very best we can provide to you.

Oh but that's not all

We are nearing completion with our US based services planning and hope to have everything planned out nicely soon for a launch. However it's secondary to the 2010 to 2009+ conversions. They are some great plans, with great services, redundant disk arrays etc. So we are hoping to have together one very good service portfolio range when they arrive.

Oh, almost forgot we've been working on a new "master GUI" so to speak of, it will be updated soon for all the seedboxes, and beta tester feedback has been really good. We will see if we can get ruTorrent updated on that update run as well. It's kinda cool and informative. But you'll see yourself soon enough :)
