One of the reasons account sharing is not allowed
We do not allow account sharing, unfortunately, some people do not listen and still shares accounts. Due to that we have to now build monitoring for it, and a custom tailored malware scanner, along with global blacklist.
In the past weeks there's been several instances of malware destroying customer GUI, it's always specific user, and did occasionally reoccur after rebuilding user space. It was finally determined this is due to account sharing in some of the cases, seeing tens of different IPs accessing those accounts, leading to leaked FTP password.
The index.php is changed via FTP, and that is most visible, but also few other files are being changed to inject counter.php malware.
If you are sharing your account with others, please stop. Contact support immediately to change your password if that is the case.
NEVER post your login details on any forum or chat, and NEVER give them to any 3rd party.
