During the past few days we have uncovered a new glitch in rTorrent, causing ruTorrent unable to connect to rTorrent SCGI despite rTorrent running.
So please click the "restart rTorrent" button before submitting ticket and wait a few minutes to see if it comes back online. "restart rTorrent" button actually kills the rTorrent process, allowing the 2-level redundancies to start it again.
