Occasional paypal error fixed
For a few days since we upgraded our billing system to latest version for some people paypal payments returned only an error indicating error on our side.
Paypal had made changes to their payment processing, so that whenever a locality was passed, and it was unrecognized by paypal it would throw out this error.
WHMCS staff was kind enough to provide an patch to this, removing the locality data which caused the error.
Paypal payment glitches due to this should be gone now. Contact support if errors persist, or you notice any other errors.
