I am very proud to announce that Pulsed Media is the first Seedbox provide to have an SLA for their seedbox services! Covering hardware, network and support, including major service degradations.
So it's an overall SLA, which gives you the comfortability of a certain level of quality we seek to maintain and compensate if otherwise!
