Due to new servers being delivered in failed state we have 0 available stock right now.

Issue has been resolved and was caused by a simple human error.
Fortunately, fix was quick and everything is back to operational state.
Our dynamic update script has typo'd filenames for ownCloud setup files.
Hence the setup files are missing for existing users despite updates ran for the server.
Patch is coming as soon as we can put aside some development time and a normal slow rollout will ensue.
This does not affect new user accounts.
