Our provider is currently installing 2 new switches, the DC MDF (Main distribution frame) and switch for the Class C network our servers are on. This should help quite a bit. Account setups on this batch of servers has begun, and the servers are now stable. We are expecting to setup upto 35% of current queue of orders in just today and tomorrow.
The new servers are currently under testing. There has been some instability issues which has to be resolved before we can setup users for these servers. We are doing everything possible we can to ensure high quality of service.
