Submit a ticket early!
Recently there has been several cases of complaints for non-working service for even up to a month!
In all of these cases no ticket was submitted! If there's no ticket we cannot fix it for you, nor can we confirm an error existing. Submitting a ticket for any error is crucially important, as without an ticket it's a limited scope of problems we can efficiently see from our monitoring and generally per user issues are what we do not see easily from our monitoring.
Check your quotas
rTorrent not running/starting? Getting empty ruTorrent? ruTorrent saying bad link to rTorrent?
Check your quota in that case! bottom left corner on ruTorrent or info tab for more specific quota information. When you go over your quota rTorrent won't start.
