If your seedbox or storage box runs on our servers, nothing changes for you: all of them already run Debian 12. If you run PMSS on your own server with Debian 10, move it to Debian 12 before the year ends to keep receiving PMSS updates.
Debian 10 (buster) left Debian's long-term support on 30 June 2024, so Debian no longer ships security fixes for it. The last PMSS release of 2026 is the last one that supports Debian 10. Releases after it are not tested on Debian 10 and are not meant to run there. This replaces the line about continued legacy support for Debian 10 in the PMSS 2026-01-21 release notes. I would rather tell you two months ahead than have January surprise you.
Plan the move to Debian 12 now, and back up anything you cannot replace before you start, as you would for any major upgrade. If you are on Debian 11 or 12, this notice changes nothing for you.
