The AI credits on your account now raise your support ticket priority: hold more than the typical account and your tickets get up to +20% ticket priority, at no cost and with nothing to switch on.

In the Kalevala the Sampo ground out grain, salt and coin for whoever kept it. Your Virsilipas balance now grinds out a little priority as well.

How it works. The starting line is the median: of all Pulsed Media accounts with an AI key, half hold more credits and half hold less. At or below it, nothing changes. Above it, the priority climbs along an S-curve, slowly at first and then quickly, until it levels off at +20% for the account holding the most credits. About half of all accounts carry some of it right now. Where you land depends on how your balance compares with everyone else's, so I recalculate it every 15 minutes and it moves as balances change.

What it adds to. It stacks with the priority you already have. A ticket on a service with a +25% Support Boost, from an account whose bonus gives +16%, with credits worth +10%, carries +51% ticket priority. Priority sets the order I work on open tickets; it is not a promise of a reply within a set time.

When it counts. It applies to tickets where the next reply is mine to give. It does not count when nothing is broken and the ticket is about money or paperwork (a refund, cancellation, compensation, invoice or data export), or is feedback, a feature wish or a thank-you; the account bonus works the same way. Spending credits lowers your balance, and this priority with it.

How to raise it. Every paid service invoice adds credits at your plan's multiplier, and under the current rules they do not expire. The Virsilipas plans add more, from 9.99 € a month excluding VAT. Your balance is on the Virsilipas AI key page in the client area, and the full rule is on the wiki: Pulsed Media AI Credits.
