Two new tools, written by people outside Pulsed Media, now let you know when a plan you want is back in stock, and keep several of your boxes on one screen. Both are free and open source. Nobody can order that kind of thing from a host's users; when it happens, a host should say thank you and then do its homework.
PulseWatch watches our store for you. It checks stock and prices every five minutes from our public data feeds, keeps a log of every restock, sell-out and price change, and gives you an RSS feed for it. PMSS Fleet Manager puts several seedboxes and storage boxes on one dashboard: disk, traffic, torrents, containers and renewal dates, read over SSH as your own user.
That homework was done the old way: we read every line of both projects, ran none of it on our own machines, and sent their authors fixes. The fleet manager's fixes are in its release 1.3.0. The PulseWatch fixes are waiting in an open pull request. Neither tool is ours or part of PMSS; their authors maintain them.
How each one works and how to run it safely is on our wiki: PulseWatch and PMSS Fleet Manager. What the two tools taught us about our own data, and how to read it well, is in our write-up on dev.to.
Best Regards,
