Good news: your seedbox has three new buttons on its service page in the client area. Restart it, rebuild it with fresh settings, or start over on a different server, at any hour and without waiting on a ticket.
Restart account
Restarts everything running in your account. rTorrent, the web panel and the apps you installed from the dashboard come back within a couple of minutes; anything you started yourself needs starting again. Files and settings are not touched, and it works even when the dashboard itself will not load. Once every 10 minutes.
Recreate account
Rebuilds the account on the same server with default settings and a new login, which then appears on the service page. Your data folder and your rTorrent torrent list stay right where they are. The data folder is moved into the new account in one rename, not copied, so a full multi-terabyte account takes no longer than an empty one. Old settings and other files wait in a backup folder until your next recreate or until the service ends. Type the server name to confirm. Once every 30 days.
Start over
A new, empty account on a different server. Your username, password, plan and price stay the same; every file is deleted. There is no way back from that, so the page asks three times: type the server name, tick the box, confirm the dialog. The old account is removed only after the new one answers. Once every 30 days, and three times a year.
Want a different server and keep your files? Open a support ticket instead: a move done through a ticket can include your data.
Which one?
Something stuck: Restart. Setup tangled: Recreate. A clean account somewhere else: Start over.

These buttons are on seedboxes and on storage boxes that run on the same platform. If your service page does not show them, that service does not have them.
