Your seedbox or storage box can now change hands without a ticket. Sell it, swap it or give it away: you move it to another Pulsed Media account yourself.
Open the service in your client area and click Create a transfer key in the Transfer row. Give the key to the new owner, or have us email it to them. They log in, enter the Service ID and the key, check what they will pay, and confirm. The service is theirs, exactly as it stands: same server, same username, same files, same expiry, with any prepaid time still on it. The price it is billed at moves with it; if their account uses another currency, it is converted at the current rate.
A key works once, only for that one service, and expires after 30 days. You can revoke it any time before it is used. The new owner does not need an account first: they can create one with the key, right on the claim page.
Just received a service? Its logins and keys are as the previous owner left them, so ask for a password reset first. Everything else, including what can stop a transfer, is in the knowledge base: https://pulsedmedia.com/clients/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=76
Prefer the old way, a ticket from each of you? That still works too. The key is just quicker.
