What counts toward the rungs?
Two rules do the sifting, and both were already published.
The first is the refund line from 17 September (announcement 686): claims, revenue and referrals from accounts with more than three refund requests do not count toward the rungs. Your refund rights are untouched, and announcement 686 also promises that whatever a milestone has already given you is yours.
The second is the affiliate programme's anti-fraud rule. Referrals from one person's own accounts, or from accounts set up to refer each other, are excluded from commission, and now they stay out of the referral count too. - Claims: 1 382 count toward the rungs.
- Referrals: 149 referred boxes, of which 76 count. 68 fall under the anti-fraud rule and 5 under the refund line.
When does 1 500 fire, and what does it pay?
When the claims that count reach 1 500. Claim #1500 wins +1 year and €100 credit, and claims #1400–#1499 each win €5 credit. Positions are numbered among the claims that count.
I saw a bell in Discord say 1 500 was reached
On 24 September at 08:35 UTC our milestone bell announced 1 500 claimed as reached. It wasn't, and the bell should not have rung. That one is on me. The milestone count had not yet applied the 17 September rule, so it still counted every claim. It applies it now. The 1 500 rung has not fired, and no #1500 reward has been given.
