The Eternal campaign milestones exist to reward the people who actually stay. From today one rule protects that in writing: a pattern of refund requests no longer counts toward the rungs, and no longer wins what they drop.

The line.

More than three refund requests on your account, and you are not eligible for Eternal milestone rewards. Three or fewer, and nothing about your account changes. That is the whole rule — one number, published, so you can hold me to it.

To put it plainly: take the money-back guarantee on a box that was not for you, change your mind on a second order, and hit a genuine fault we refund on a third — you are still eligible. The rule is aimed at the pattern, not at anyone who occasionally wants their money back.

Two things worth saying straight, because you would work them out anyway. The count looks at your account's history, not only at what happens after today — a rule that forgave every past cycle would be a rule about nothing. And whatever a milestone has already given you is yours: this decides milestones from today onward, and takes nothing back.

What this does not change.

Your refund rights. All of them. The 14-day money-back guarantee still stands, a refund for a genuine fault on our side still stands, and your statutory right to cancel a new order still stands — each honoured on exactly the terms it always carried. This rule reaches one thing and one thing only: eligibility for the campaign's milestone rewards. Ask for a refund you are owed and you will get it, same as yesterday.

Why a published number.

Because the campaign's whole promise is that its rules are open. The logic that decides when a slot opens is published live so you can check the fairness yourself instead of taking my word for it. An anti-abuse rule that lived only in my head would be the opposite of that, so here it is with the number in it.

The rewards come out of real capacity that real customers paid for. An order-and-refund cycle spends that capacity without paying for it, and every euro of it is a reward that would otherwise have reached someone who stayed. I would rather draw the line in public than quietly shrink the rewards for everyone.
